At Trex Outdoor Furniture, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our durable, all-weather collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking or shipping fees.
